New Business Online Banking Coming Soon!

On May 23, 2017 R Bank is upgrading our Business Online Banking experience. We are very excited to offer you this new and improved experience. Read more about our new experience here!

We will be in contact with you regularly to keep you updated on our progress. You may have already received calls and/or email communications from us asking you to ensure the information currently in the system is accurate. This is to ensure your access to our new online banking is seamless once we reach our go-live date.


  • Business Bill Pay services will be unavailable starting end of day 5/16/2017 and will become available again on 5/23/2017 in our new Business Online Banking. Please schedule any bill payments you have for May as soon as possible. You will not be able to manage or complete Bill Payments during this downtime, but anything you have scheduled prior to the downtime will be paid as usual. This only affects Business Bill Pay. Our retail Bill Pay services will not be affected.
  • Any changes made on or after 4/12/2017 to users or scheduled transfers in our current Business Online Banking system should be noted so that you can make updates as necessary once we are live in the new platform. All other items and transactions will come over automatically into our new online banking system, so no need to worry about Bill Pay information, transactional history, check images, or statements -we have you covered!
