R Bank was created to serve the financial needs of our customers and to provide a first-class customer experience every opportunity we get to work with you. We have utilized the same data processing system for the last 9 years. The system has served us well, but we want to do better. We want to do more to provide better products and services to an ever-changing financial services environment.  

To accomplish this, we will be upgrading our entire data processing system in the middle of July. The actual go live date for the new system will be July 23rd. We are excited about the new system and the additional capabilities that it will give us to serve you. We will give you more information on some new products and services we intend to provide in the coming months. Now, we must focus on making the change from the current system to the new one.  
In a perfect world these changes will take place without any complications. We do not live in a perfect world, and though there may be challenges along the way, we will always be here to help you work through these challenges to make this process as seamless as possible.

Please be patient with us and allow us to make the changes that we need to make to become a better financial partner and so that we can continue to give you the best customer experience that we can. Change can be disruptive in many ways, especially when it comes to your finances. In today’s world if we do not continue to change and improve we will be left behind. We are not going to let that happen. We will continue to grow, change and improve so that we are the best that we can be. These are exciting times for R Bank and our customers and we will do all that we can to continue to serve you in the best way that we can.
